What if you tell me my child has autism?
A screening is not a diagnosis. It is a structured 30 minute observation that helps you decide whether a full evaluation is worth pursuing. And if your child is autistic, an early diagnosis unlocks real resources: school accommodations and IEPs, insurance coverage for ABA therapy, early intervention services, and family support networks. Every month you wait is a month of support your child could be receiving.
My child is fine. I am probably overreacting.
Parents are usually the first to notice. That gut feeling is data. If everything looks great, we will tell you that plainly and you can put it to rest. If something is worth looking at more closely, you will know what to do next. Either way, you will know.
Is there a commitment?
No. The screening is completely free, and there is no obligation of any kind after it. Sometimes we recommend a full evaluation, sometimes we do not, and sometimes we refer you somewhere else entirely. You leave with information, not a bill and not a sales pitch.
